The Venue – Swansea Arena
This year we invite you to the recently developed Swansea arena – South Wales’ latest multipurpose entertainment venue. Built as part of the Copr Bay development project, the Swansea arena boasts an eye-catching design incorporating upwards of 90 thousand LEDs embedded within golden coloured panels that wrap around the site.
Looking beyond the unique exterior, the site offers a range of facilities ideal for hosting this two-day conference. The Auditorium, exhibition space, breakout rooms and conference dinner will play host to an event that we hope will be memorable for all those in attendance.

Swansea Arena is easily accessible by car via the M4.
- Use Junction 47 if you are heading from the West (Carmarthen)
- Use Junction 42 if you are coming from the East (London/Cardiff)
There are several car parks located within close proximity of the Arena, including two brand-new purpose-built car parks located either side of the Oystermouth Road.
Copr Bay South (adjacent to the Arena), features 35 disabled spaces, while all other city centre car parks have Blue Badge parking spaces available.

Accessibility
With step free walkways leading to our front entrance, and all areas inside the venue served by two lifts, Swansea Arena is fully accessible to all. There is level access throughout the Arena.
A brand-new sloping walkway leads directly from the city centre across the new Copr Bay Bridge to the front entrance of the Arena. Further to this, a sloping walkway has been added from Oystermouth Road leading through the Coastal Park. A staircase and lift are located in the adjacent car park to provide easy access to the main entrance level. For more information on accessibility of the venue click here.
