If you have booked the dinner on Thursday, this will be noted on your name badge – so please remember to take it with you in the evening!

If you registered after 31 August, you won’t have a pre-printed name badge. We will have blank inserts for you to write your name on.

Please note, it is not possible to pay your registration fees in-person. You can register and pay online here.

Important presenter information – please read carefully

For oral presenters:

  • It is your responsibility to upload your presentation to OneDrive in the relevant Theme folder by 5pm 7 September at the latest (please check your email for the OneDrive link). You will not be able to change laptops. You may wish to bring a USB as back-up, but it will save you time in your presentation slot if your presentation is online.
  • To make sure your presentation is easy to find please make sure you upload it to the correct folder and put your surname at the front of the file name.
  • Please note; your 15-minute time slot includes time for questions. Out of fairness to the other speakers, please make sure you finish on time. Our team will ask you to wrap-up if you go overtime.

For poster presenters:

  • We will supply velcro attachments for your poster. Please don’t use drawing pins on the boards.
  • Posters will be displayed in Jeffrey Hall.
  • You can put your poster up any time after 8am on Thursday and it can remain there for the full two days if you wish – we have enough poster boards for everyone.
  • Your poster spot will be assigned to you and marked with your name and abstract ID.

Luggage, storing items, chargers

Please carry as lightly as possible during the conference and leave large items or luggage at home or in your hotel.

If you need to charge your laptop or phone, there are plugs and USB ports on Level 3, just outside the extra lunch space and workshop room. Please bring your own cables.
